Alvaro Morata gets his first Chelsea hat-trick in a thrilling encounter away at Stoke

Morata scored his first hat-trick in a Chelsea shirt today against Stoke City, as Chelsea earned a fourth win in five unbeaten Premier League matches.
Alvaro netted his first inside under two minutes after a fabulous pass from Azpilicueta. Pedro made it 0:2 with a powerful, after a horrible mistake from Stoke Captain, Darren Fletcher.

With the introduction of Fabregas Eden Hazard in the second half, Chelsea proved to be the more powerful side.

Morata ran from almost half line into the Stoke box, beating the Stoke defenders and the keeper to slot in a delightful ball into the net. The lone striker was on hand in the closing stages to get his first hat-trick after a combined effort from Fabregas and Azpilicueta.

Many have questioned whether Alvaro Morata can be the perfect replacement for the now Athletico Madrid player, Diego Costa, but the Spanish striker has proven that he’s more than capable of not just replacing the former striker, but of getting the golden boot as well at the end of the season.
Morata has now netted 6 goals in six appearances for Chelsea.
Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; Moses, Kante, Bakayoko, Alonso (Cahill 59); Willian (Hazard 72), Morata, Pedro (Fabregas 68).

Subs not used: Caballero, Zappacosta, Musonda, Batshuayi.
